Precast Concrete
Our precast concrete service provides contractors with high-quality, factory-produced structural and non-structural elements. Every unit is cast, cured and finished in a controlled environment, providing consistent accuracy, durability and a level of finish that can be difficult to achieve on site.
Working to client specifications, we produce bespoke precast components including retaining walls, slabs, beams, columns, bridge units and architectural features. Groundworks

Structural Waterproofing
Our structural waterproofing capability supports projects where basements, retaining structures and below-ground reinforced concrete elements require long-term protection from water ingress. Working in challenging ground conditions, we integrate waterproofing with the wider concrete structure to help protect both the finished construction and the client’s investment.
We design and install recognised waterproofing systems, including Type A barrier protection, Type B integral protection and Type C drained protection, selecting the appropriate approach around each project’s geotechnical and structural requirements. Our installers are manufacturer-approved, with recognised warranties available through the systems used.
Structural waterproofing can be one of the most important elements of a basement or retaining structure. Combining this specialist capability with our reinforced concrete experience allows the concrete and waterproofing works to be coordinated as part of the wider construction programme.

Lifting Operations
Our lifting operations team provides safe, compliant and well-coordinated lifting support for reinforced concrete, groundworks and heavy civil engineering projects across the South West. With experienced personnel and a thorough approach to planning, we make sure lifts ranging from rebar bundles to large precast units are properly planned and controlled.
We supply qualified Appointed Persons, Crane Supervisors and Slinger/Signallers to manage the lifting process, including lift plans, method statements, equipment selection and on-site supervision.
Whether a project uses tower cranes, mobile cranes, HIABs or specialist lifting gear, the focus remains on safe working, clear communication and efficient delivery. Integrating lifting operations with our reinforced concrete, groundworks and precast services also helps coordinate sequencing and keep work moving on restricted or complex sites.
